1. Who can use CampaignWaala
You must be 18 or older and capable of entering into a legally binding contract. Vendor accounts are created through onboarding and approved by an admin before they go live. Sub-vendor and affiliate accounts are invitation-only — your upstream vendor (or sub-vendor) issues the invite. Creating an account confirms you have read and agreed to these terms.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your phone, password and OTPs safe. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us at support@campaignwala.com immediately.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not misrepresent yourself or impersonate others.
- Do not attempt to access accounts, data, or campaigns that aren't yours.
- Do not scrape, automate, or stress-test the service without permission.
- Do not upload lead data you have no lawful right to process.
- Do not use the platform for anything unlawful.
We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these rules.
4. Subscriptions, plans & trials
New vendor accounts get a 7-day full-feature free trial on approval. After the trial, continued use requires a paid plan. Plans renew automatically unless cancelled inside the dashboard before the next billing date. Pricing shown on the website is indicative — the in-app plan list is authoritative.
5. Payments
We accept payment via Razorpay (cards / UPI / net banking) and via UTR-based bank transfers. UTR payments are activated only after admin verification. All amounts are in INR and exclusive of GST, which is added at checkout.
6. Campaigns, leads & payouts
CampaignWaala is a tracking, approval and management tool. The underlying commercial obligation — who pays whom, how much, and when — sits between you and your downstream / upstream. We display, log and reconcile these flows, but we do not become a party to the underlying contract.
7. Service availability
We target high availability and publish status updates during incidents, but we do not guarantee zero downtime. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance inside the dashboard.
8. Intellectual property
The CampaignWaala platform, brand, and code are owned by us. Branding assets you upload (logo, colours, name) remain yours — we just display them. Lead data uploaded by you remains yours; we process it on your behalf under this agreement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CampaignWaala is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — for example, revenue you expected but did not earn. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is capped at the fees you paid us during that period.
10. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms materially, we will tell you in the dashboard before the change takes effect. Continued use after that point means you have accepted the new terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
