What we collect
When you sign up for CampaignWaala, we collect the minimum information needed to give you a working account: your name, phone number, email, business name (if applicable), and the role assigned to you during onboarding. We log standard technical data — IP address, browser, timestamps — to keep the service secure and to debug issues. Lead information you upload (customer name, contact, campaign metadata) is stored on your behalf and visible only to authorised people in your team.
How we use it
- To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
- To process campaigns, leads, payouts and subscription billing.
- To send transactional notifications (OTPs, approvals, payment receipts).
- To improve the product, ship fixes, and prevent abuse.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties for advertising. We use it only for the purposes listed above.
Payments & KYC
Payments flow through licensed gateways (Razorpay, registered banking partners for UTR transfers). We retain transaction IDs and receipts for accounting and tax purposes for as long as Indian law requires.
How we store it
Passwords are hashed with industry-standard algorithms — we cannot read them, even if we wanted to. Sessions use short-lived access tokens and rotating refresh tokens. Data is stored on encrypted servers in India.
Cookies
We use a small set of essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as theme and sidebar state. We do not use cross-site tracking cookies or third-party advertising pixels.
Your rights
You can ask us to export or delete your personal data at any time. Email support@campaignwala.com and we will action it within seven working days. Note: certain data (lead activity, payout records) is retained for accounting and audit reasons even after account closure.
Sub-processors
We use trusted infrastructure providers for hosting, email, messaging, and payment processing. A current list is available on request. We do not transfer personal data outside India for primary storage.
Changes to this policy
If we materially change how we handle your data, we will update this page and notify you inside the dashboard before the change takes effect.
