What is CampaignWala?
CampaignWala is the vendor and admin operating system for India's commission-account network. You can build and launch campaigns, publish accounts to the marketplace, recruit affiliates and sub-vendors, approve leads in bulk, configure team payouts, brand the affiliate experience and run the entire growth engine from a single workspace.
What do my affiliates and sub-vendors use?
Your team gets their own white-labeled partner portal — a separate, branded app where sub-vendors and affiliates share links, track leads and watch their wallets fill up. You run the campaigns from CampaignWala; their activity flows back into your dashboard in real time.
Who can sign up as a vendor?
Any business that pays commissions to a sales network — lenders, insurers, EdTech companies, DTH operators, FMCG distributors and more. New vendor accounts go through a quick admin approval before they go live, so the network stays high quality.
Do you support phone-OTP authentication and bulk approvals?
Yes. Sign-up is gated by phone + email OTP, every action is logged, and admins can approve leads in bulk via an Excel upload — the system matches rows to leads and reports the outcome row-by-row.
Can I brand the team portal with my logo?
Yes. As a vendor you can set your logo, primary colour and tagline. Anyone who joins your network and logs into your team portal sees your brand, not ours.
How do payments work?
We support Razorpay for cards / UPI / net banking, and a UTR-based flow for direct bank transfers. UTR payments land in an admin queue for verification before the subscription activates.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every approved vendor account starts with a 3-day full-feature trial. A live countdown sits in your dashboard, and admins can extend the trial on request.
Where is my data hosted?
Data is stored on encrypted servers in India. Passwords are hashed, sessions use short-lived access tokens with rotating refresh tokens, and role-based access controls protect every API.
