Free trial first
Every new vendor account starts with a 7-day full-feature free trial. We strongly recommend using the trial to evaluate CampaignWaala before paying for a plan — the trial is the best refund policy in the world, because there is nothing to refund.
Subscription refunds
Subscription plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable once activated, except where required by law or where CampaignWaala is unable to deliver the service for an extended period due to fault on our side.
Failed UTR payments
UTR payments that fail verification (wrong UTR, mismatched amount, bounced transfer) will be reversed in full to the originating bank account within seven working days of the failed verification.
Cancellation
You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from inside the dashboard. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle; no further amount will be charged after that.
Disputes
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, contact us at support@campaignwala.com within seven days of the transaction with the order ID. We respond within two working days.
Coupons & promotions
Discounts applied through coupon codes are non-refundable in cash. If you cancel a coupon-discounted plan, the refund (if any) is calculated on the discounted price actually paid.
